Bought one a bit on a lark, and let's just say you have a better chance of getting Charlton Heston's gun at this point than you do my iPhone. The phone part is the best part, because I now carry one device where I used to carry two, and occasionally three: laptop, cell, ipod. Contact management, built-in hands free and especially visual voice mail are killer features. What I don't like? No 3g, relatively small storage, lack of support for several common VPN protocols. Complaints about AT&T are wildly exaggerated -- at least here in NYC. It's every bit as crappy as Verizon ever was.
